How much does a repair costs

All repairs start with a $50 flat diagnostic fee. You then receive a written fixed-price quote before any repair work begins. We never charge more than the quoted amount. The $50 diagnostic fee is deducted from the repair cost if you proceed.

How long does a repair take

Approximately 90% of repairs are completed same day or within the next business day. Complex repairs such as advanced data recovery or logic board work may take 2–5 business days. We'll give you a realistic turnaround at drop-off and keep you updated throughout.

Is Macrotech authorized Apple or manufacturer repair centre

Macrotech Solutions is an independent repair service centre and is not affiliated with or authorised by Apple, Microsoft, or any device manufacturer. In most cases our repairs are significantly more cost-effective than manufacturer service centres, and are backed by our own 12-month warranty.

What warranty do you provide

All hardware repairs carry a 12-month warranty on both parts and labour. If the repaired component fails within 12 months, we rectify the fault at no charge. The warranty is provided in writing with every completed repair invoice.

What if my Data can't be recovered 

We operate a strict no data, no charge policy. The initial assessment is free. If we cannot recover your data, you pay nothing. We will provide an honest assessment of recovery likelihood before committing to any paid work.

Do I need an appointment

Walk-ins are welcome during business hours, but bookings are recommended to reduce wait time.

Do you offer business account

Yes. We offer preferred business accounts for local companies, schools, and organisations requiring regular device servicing. Business accounts include priority turnaround, consolidated invoicing, and preferential service rates. Contact us to discuss arrangements.

How Much Does Hardware Diagnosis Cost?

We charge a fixed $50 diagnostic fee for hardware-related issues. If you proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee is credited toward the final repair cost. You’ll always receive a clear quote and approval request before any repair work begins.
