What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday, 10am–5pm. Saturday, 10am–2pm. Closed Sundays and public holidays. Use our online booking to secure your drop-off time.
Do you charge for diagnostics?
A fixed $50 diagnostic fee applies to hardware-related issues. This covers the time and technical work required to identify the fault and provide you with a clear repair quotation. If the device is repairable and you proceed with the repair, the $50 diagnostic fee is credited towards the repair cost. If the device cannot be repaired or you choose not to proceed, the diagnostic fee remains applicable. No repair work will begin without your approval.
What warranty do repairs carry?
All completed repairs carry a 12-month warranty on parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we'll re-examine and rectify at no additional charge.
Can you recover data from a physically damaged drive?
Yes — our technicians perform advanced data recovery from drives with mechanical failure, head crashes and physical damage. For complex cases, clean-room assessment is available. See our data recovery page for a full overview.
Do you repair all Mac models?
Yes — MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, iMac, Mac mini and Mac Pro, including Apple Silicon (M1, M2, M3, M4) models. Logic board diagnostics are available for most Intel and Apple Silicon MacBook models.
