The $50 fee covers that work. If you approve the repair, it is credited toward the final cost. If you decide not to proceed, you still get a clear answer about what was wrong.

Yes. Windows devices are the most common repairs in our workshop. We assess Dell, HP, Lenovo, ASUS, Acer, MSI and other brands for screen faults, startup problems, BSOD, update failures, hardware damage, SSD upgrades and more.
Do you also repair Macs?
Yes. We assess MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, iMac and Mac mini systems for startup faults, battery issues, screen damage, keyboard problems and macOS reinstall. Macrotech Solutions is an independent repair service and is not affiliated with Apple.
How long does a typical repair take?
Most software repairs and common hardware jobs are completed same day or next business day. More complex work — advanced data recovery, logic board faults, rare parts — may take 2–5 business days. We give you a realistic timeframe at drop-off and keep you updated.
Do you recover data from failed drives?
We assess failed hard drives, SSDs, external drives and non-booting laptops to determine the safest recovery path. Macrotech operates a no data, no charge policy — if we cannot recover your files, you pay nothing for the recovery work itself.
